Enjoy a bottle of wine or a blueberry martini with friends while watching the seawall activities or a spectacular sunset from Sylvia's lounge. Our large picture windows and cozy fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere so you can sit back and sample our great new west coast appetizer menu or a light meal. Sylvia's Bar opens at 11:30 every day.
Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner are available in the beautiful bistro, sunny patio or casually elegant dining room. Every seat has an amazing view of English Bay. We serve Breakfast daily from 7:00am-11:30am (11:00 on Sundays). Sunday Brunch must not be missed, 11:00am-2:00pm. Our Lunch and Dessert menus offer a selection of traditional favourites and creative modern cuisine. The Bistro Menu is served in our Lounge & Bistro from 4:30-9:30 pm daily. The Dinner Menu is served in our Dining Room 4:30-9:30pm daily.
