Our Holiday Menu for Christmas at The Sylvia
Come and experience festive dining in the beautiful and historic Sylvia Hotel. Just steps from English Bay in Vancouver’s West End, Sylvia’s Restaurant, Bistro, Patio and Lounge are favourite spots for locals and visitors.
Enjoy a bottle of wine or a Vancouver Cocktail with friends while watching the seawall activities or a spectacular sunset from Sylvia’s Lounge. Our large picture windows and cozy fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can sit back and sample our great new West Coast appetizer menu or light meal selection. Sylvia’s Bar opens at 11:30 every day.
Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner are available in the beautiful bistro, sunny patio and casually elegant dining room. Every seat has an amazing view of English Bay. We serve Breakfast daily from 7:00am-11:30am (11:00 on Sundays). Sunday Brunch must not be missed, 11:00am-2:00pm. Our All Day Dining Menu and Dessert menus offer a selection of traditional favourites and creative modern cuisine. The All Day Dining Menu is served from 11:30am-9:30 pm daily.
